With Scott Chipperfield, a former Corrimal High School student, currently playing in the 2010 Fifa World Cup Soccer, new soccer talent is emerging again out of Corrimal High School.  Ben McDonald, a current Year 12 student, has a very bright future in the world of soccer. Earlier this year he made the South Coast Boys Soccer team and then from there he was selected to join the NSW Combined High Schools Soccer Team.  Playing in that team against the NSW Combined Catholic State team and the CIS State side, Ben was then selected to be a member of the All State Team, that will play in Melbourne in August for the National Titles and the Australian Schools Boys team will then be selected from that.  Ben is a promising athlete and sportsman and we at Corrimal High School wish him all the best for his promising career in sports.
